Year 6: History

Some photos from our learning in our World War 2 topic.

We were lucky enough to get to visit Hangar 42 - The Spitfire Visitor Centre, based in Blackpool, as part of our History topic.  This bought together all our learning and gave the class a great opportunity to see some of the aircraft that were used in WW2.  We also learnt how to crack codes, the role of women in the war and all about D-Day.
